Cockroach Control
Cockroaches are persistent because they breed fast and hide well. German cockroaches in kitchens, American or oriental cockroaches in basements and drains — each calls for a different approach. We treat with bait, growth regulator, and exclusion, and we never leave you with a generic spray-and-go answer.
Signs you might have a problem
- Roaches seen at night when lights come on
- Small dark spots (droppings) near food prep areas
- Musty or oily smell near a heavy infestation
- Egg cases in cabinets or under appliances
Our approach
- 1Inspection to identify species and pinpoint harborage
- 2Targeted bait placement plus insect growth regulator
- 3Sealing of cracks and entry points around plumbing
- 4Follow-up visit timed to the species' breeding cycle
Common questions
How long does it take to be roach-free?
Most homes are clear in 2–4 weeks with two visits. Heavy infestations or multi-unit buildings take longer because of re-introductions from neighboring units.
Do I need to throw out food?
Usually not. Move pantry items to sealed containers, clean food-prep areas, and we'll handle the rest. We never apply treatments to food surfaces.
