How does pricing work?
Every property is different — size, type of business, and the pest pressures involved all factor in. The walk-through inspection is free and the quote that follows is one written number per month with no surprise add-ons. We're happy to discuss it without obligation.
Is there a long-term contract?
No multi-year lock-in. We work month to month, and you can cancel with reasonable notice. The business is built on doing the work right, not on contract penalties.
What if I just need a one-time treatment?
We also do one-time service calls. The monthly program is for businesses that want continuous coverage — most commercial properties find that's the right fit, but it isn't required to start.
Do you provide documentation for health inspections?
Yes. Every visit produces a dated service ticket with what was inspected, what was treated, and what was found. We keep your records on hand and can re-send anything you need for an inspection.
How quickly can you respond between visits?
Same day for urgent issues during normal hours, and a direct cell number for after-hours emergencies. As the owner, I'm the one you'll be calling.
